Ever just feel weighed down and tired?  Or maybe you had a long week and just need to unwind and disconnect from all the “stuff” that happened….

Salt baths are a great way to detox and cleanse the body and they are simple to make!

  • Take a cup of salt (I prefer to use sea salt)
  • Add 10-15 drops of your favorite essential oils
  • Mix well
  • Add to your bath and enjoy!

Now wasn’t that simple?  Add a candle to the bathroom and some light meditative music and you have your own little spa getaway!
