Salt baths are a great way to detox and cleanse the body and they are simple to make!
- Take a cup of salt (I prefer to use sea salt)
- Add 10-15 drops of your favorite essential oils
- Mix well
- Add to your bath and enjoy!
Now wasn’t that simple? Add a candle to the bathroom and some light meditative music and you have your own little spa getaway!
