Those of you who know me know that I am all about the signs! I believe in them. I look for them. I follow them (even when I am scared to death)! I know that signs are the Universes way of gently nudging us in the right direction. It is how the Universe lets us know when we are on the right track and when we are not!
In March I was in NY working. While I was there I was talking with my wonderful and amazing therapist friend Jane. I was sharing with her my idea to open a Healing Center in North Carolina. I was telling her about the concept I wanted to do and how I was so confused on whether or not I should do it. Was the timing right? Was my concept going to work? I was telling her how I had the thought to call the center “Spiritquest Healing Center and Angel Gift Shop”. I was trying to figure out if I was indeed getting guidance from the Universe (yes I question what I get just as much as everyone else) or if it was just wishful thinking. She immediately interrupted me and said, “Hold that thought”. She continued, “This is too funny. A few weeks ago I was at a pharmacy in Slate Hill (for those of you who don’t know, Slate Hill is the town I lived in AND the town where my old Healing Center was located) and while I was there I saw something and I immediately thought of you. I don’t know why but I just had to buy this for you!” As she said it, I heard very loudly and very clearly “She got it in the PHARMACY IN SLATE HILL….you know where that is….PAY ATTENTION!” She went into the other room came back and handed me a little angel holding a star.
I know what you are thinking….so what she gave you an angel? Well for one the “concept” I was working on for my new Healing Center was …..wait for it…..ANGELS! AND…the pharmacy where she bought the little angel was actually located in the space where my old Healing Center was!!!!!!!!!!!! The pharmacy exact spot….not just in the building….it was my old Healing Center…Unit 8!!!!!!!!!!!! I immediately thought, WOW this is a wonderful sign! I just got the gift of an angel from my old healing center! She could have found an angel anywhere but the fact that she bought it from the space where my old healing center was, to me, was way beyond coincidence. AND….the angel was holding a star which to me is always about wishes and dreams coming true!
I came back from NY, proudly hung the angel on my desk where I could see it every day and I started my search for the perfect location for my new Healing Center. I started planning and visualizing exactly what I wanted (and as usual I didn’t focus on how it was going to happen). Almost immediately I found the perfect location and I took yet ANOTHER HUGE leap of faith! Now “Spiritquest Healing Center and Angel Gift Shop” is open for business!!!!!!!!!!!
